Laying out delivery plans for the implementation of Hammerson's Net Positive commitment including new governance structures, reporting approach, key metrics and data collection plans, as well as developing communications throughout to keep internal and external stakeholders on board.

We worked with The British Council to shape a vision for how sustainability could be tackled through their programming worldwide.

We worked with Hammerson Plc to create and deliver a series of launch events for the True Value of Retail research. Events were delivered in Bristol, Westminster, Edinburgh and Leeds, bringing together key stakeholders including MPs and leading community organisations. Our role was to 1. Create and deliver engaging event space materials; 2. Produce a report showcasing the research, and 3. Produce a series of asset specific report booklets for use at the events.
